Malloy, the state legislature and the Greater New Haven Transit District Administrator to
rescind or reduce the rate increase imposed on seniors who depend on transportation from

The Community Development Committee of the Board of Alders will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2 in the Alders Chamber of City Hall, 165 Church St.

This meeting is a continuation of the March 27 Community Development Committee meeting which was recessed to the call of the chair after public testimony was concluded.

The following items are posted for committee action only:

* From the Economic Development Administrator, an order approving a development and land disposition agreement between the City and Continuum Centerplan Development, LLC to redevelop 243 Legion Avenue to create an administrative office headquarters for Continuum of Care and new retail, medical and commercial uses.

* From Attorney Avallone on behalf of Chapman and LaSarghina, LLC submitting a second change to a land disposition agreement originally approved on October 1st, 2001 and modified on September 17, 2007 regarding 433 Chapel Street, 56 Wallace Street and 64 Wallace Street to allow the following: Consent to allow transfer from Peter Chapman to LaSaraghina, LLC; consent to allow transfer from LaSaraghina, LLC to Jacob Feldman/Feldman LLC; to amend Article III Section 4(a) of the LDA ; to amend Article III, Section 1(a) of the agreement; and an Assumption, Assignment and Consent Agreement.
