82 Cherry Ann St. $60,000 sale. Fannie Mae to Rashawn J. Hill.

362, 372 and 374 Grand Ave. Lis Pendens. Celebration Development Croup LLC has placed a mechanic’s lien against Merit Associates, granting Celebration immediate possession of the premises, appointment of a receiver to collect rents and profits accruing from the property, and attorney’s fees and costs.

52 Hurlburt St. Sold by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation to Maria Sanchez and Santiago Sanchez. $27,900.

70 Huntington Ave. Michael Ruggiero and Frances M. Reggiero-Genna of the Michael Ruggiero Living Trust granted the property to Michael Ruggiero.

32 Sylvan Ave. $85,740 quit claim from Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven, Inc. to Elias Santana as part of the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).

77 Edwards St. Edwards New Haven Realty released the property to Max Bender in a quit claim deed for no consideration.

260, 262 and 264 Elm St. Michael P Iannuzzi and Eleanor Iannuzi of East Haven, John A Parker of Branford and Dolores Parker of Branford sold the property to J.M.E.D Rental Properties LLC for $1.

49 Brookside Ave. The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority loaned $23 million to Brookside I Associates LLC to develop this multifamily rental housing development for low and moderate-income families.
