The city is banning parking from 7 a.m. through 3 p.m. Wednesday in parts of Newhallville and East Rock to enable crews to remove mounds of snow blocking the road. Violators may be towed.
The bans affect the following streets:
Newhallville (both sides of the street):
• Willis Street
• Dorman Sreet
• Pond Street
• Elizabeth Street
• Lander Street
• Cave Street
• West Read from Goodyear to Shelton
• Read Street from Shelton to Winchester
East Rock (odd side of the street):
• Linden Street
• Avon Street
• Cottage Street
• Willow Street
• Lawrence Street
