From the Chairman, New Haven Peace Commission, submitting a letter requesting that the appropriate committee of the Board of Aldermen consider the following recent incidents related to the following issues: the necessity of going to the Police Department to file a complaint against an Officer of that Department; the role of the Civilian Review Board; the very creation of the Civilian Review Board by Executive Order; and police brutality.
