ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT AND ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT (GRID #2) TO DESIGNATE LAND CONSISTING OF 60 BROOKSIDE AVENUE, A PORTION OF 200 BROOKSIDE AVENUE (3.33 ACRES AS SHOWN ON FIGURE Z‑2 OF THE PETITION/APPLICATION (TAB 8) ANDPORTION OF 49 BROOKSIDE AVENUE (0.42 ACRES AS SHOWN ON FIGURE Z‑2) AS THE RIBICOFF COTTAGES PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
