Aldermanic Notice

The Finance Committee will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at 6:00 P.M, in the Aldermanic Chambers, 165 Church St., New Haven, to act upon the following items;

ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN FOR THE FILING OF THE FINANCIAL AND COMPLIANCE REPORT, THE REPORT TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE, THE MANAGEMENT LETTER, AND THE STATE MUNICIPAL AUDIT QUESTIONAIRE FOR THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011 AS PREPARED BY McGLADREY & PULLEN, LLP.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OFGRANT FROM THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) FOR TEN LEGACY TREES TO BE PLANTED AT LIGHTHOUSE POINT PARK.

ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN ESTABLISHINGPROCESS FOR TRANSPARENT ALLOCATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF RESOUCES EQUITABLY IN NEW HAVEN

ORDER TO READ AND FILE THE REQUIRED BUDGETARY AND FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2012 IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION #62 OF THE CHARTER.

Workshop: To receive a briefing from Management & Budget on the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2012 – 2013, starting July 1, 2012.
