* From Corporation Counsel, a resolution declaring official intent to reimburse expenditures from the proceeds of tax-exempt bond obligations for settlement of litigation against the City in the matter of Frank Ricci et al. v. John DeStefano Jr. et al.
* From the Mayor submitting the required budgetary and financial reports for the month of June 2011 in compliance with Section 62 of the Charter.
