ALDERMANIC NOTICE — NEW HAVEN
The Community Development Committee of the Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 27 in the Aldermanic Chamber of City Hall, 165 Church St., re:
ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN, ACTING THROUGH THE LIVABLE CITY INITIATIVE, TO NEGIOTIATE AND ENTER INTO CONTRACTS OF SALE WITH RESPECT TO HISTORIC PROPERTIES LOCATED 138 PUTNAM Street, 181 PUTNAM Street AND 197 PUTNAM STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER ANY AND ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE THE SALES OF SAID PROPERTIES
RESOLUTION OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION TO AND ACCEPTANCE OFGRANT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2.5 MILLION FROM THE CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO CREATE THE NEIGHBORHOOD RENEWAL PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH GRANT IN SAID AMOUNT OR ANY LESSER AMOUNT.
