All meetings are at 6:00 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chamber of City Hall, 165 Church Street:
* Wednesday, March 14 at 6:00 p.m. — Public Hearing for city agencies (City Activities), plus Hardware (Bricks-and-Mortar Activities), ESG, and HOPWA. This meeting is mandatory for all city and community agencies receiving these categories of funding. In addition, the committee will hear:
* Thursday, March 22 at 6:00 p.m. — Public Hearing for Software (Public-Service Activities). This meeting is mandatory for all Software recipient agencies.
From the Mayor submitting an amendment to the 2011 – 2012 Consolidated Annual Action Plan statement of activities, to be referred to as FY2011 Second Allocation of Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program funding, to be submitted to HUD for federal financial assistance under provisions of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act of 2000
(PL 106 – 400), as amended.
