RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A STATEWIDE TACTICAL ON-SCENE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, ALSO KNOWN AS A STOCS BOX, AND AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND HOMELAND SECURITY TO ACT AS CUSTODIAN OF A STOCS BOX ALONG WITH THE NEW HAVEN AREA SPECIAL HAZARDS TEAM.
