Order of the New Haven Board of Aldermen to submit a non-binding referendum to the City’s electorate at the next regular state or municipal election with the question: “Should Connecticut General Statute 7 – 460b be amended to allowq municipalities to require as a condition of employment with such municipality that an employee whose position is subject to terms of a collective bargaining agreement reached pursuant to 7 – 467 to 7 – 477 inclusive, reside in such municipality?”
