APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #1, AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR OPERATING DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2011 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2012.

Dept of Finance-Debt Payment, Pension, Self Insurance, Employee Benefits, 
Various Organizations, Development Operating Contributions (Grove Street Garage),
Non-Public Transportation,
Revenue Budget
