* From the City Librarian a resolution authorizing the application to and acceptance of a grant of $3,000 from the New Haven Early Childhood Council which will be administered by the Free Public Library for General Equivalency Diploma (GED courses.
* From the Community Services Administrator a resolution authorizing the application to and acceptance of a Healthy Community Design Grant of $164,250 from the Centers for Disease Control to conduct health impact assessments.
* From the Executive Director, Livable City Initiative, submitting an order approving the list of proposals and organizations applying for eligibility to receive donations under the 2011 Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act.
