The Finance Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 11, 2016, at 6:00 P.M, in the Aldermanic Chambers, 165 Church St., New Haven, to act upon the following items;
1. ORDER TO READ AND FILE THE UPDATED BUDGETARY AND FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2016 IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CHARTER.
2. Ordinance Amendment of the New Haven Board of Alders authorizing the transfer of $100,000 from the City of New Haven Engineering Department, Project #1491 Pre‑Capital Feasibility Study to the City of New Haven Youth Services Department, Project #1491 Citywide Teen Center for purposes of the “Escape” Teen Center building project located at 654 Orchard Street in New Haven.
3. RESOLUTION WITH RESPECT TO THE AUTHORIZATION, ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT EXCEEDING $8,000,000 NEW HAVEN SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING AUTHORITY REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS
4. Workshop: To review portions of the Annual City Budgets proposed for the fiscal year commencing on July 1, 2016. The following City Departments will be heard:
