ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN AND THE NEW HAVEN SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH NEW HAVEN GARDENS, INC. FOR USE OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE VICINITY OF THE TRANSFER STATION ON MIDDLETOWN AVENUE FOR VARIOUS STORAGE ACTIVITIES.
RESOLUTION OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN CONCERNING ALTERNATIVES TO UI AS THE TRANSMITTER OF ELECTRICITY TO RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS AND THE FEASIBILITY OF CREATING A PUBLICLY OWNED POWER SYSTEM AND GENERATING ELECTRIC POWER AND ENERGY LOCALLY.
ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN REQUESTING A HEARING BY THE APPROPRIATE COMMITTEE ON CITY EFFORTS TO IMPROVE RECYCLING, REDUCE WASTE, AND REDUCE RELATED COSTS, AND TO CONSIDER WAYS TO EXPAND THOSE EFFORTS TO ALL NEIGHBORHOODS.

ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO SECTION 18 – 25 OF THE NEW HAVEN CODE OF ORDINANCES CONCERNING THE POSTING OF SIGNS ON CITY PROPERTY SHALL PAY A FEE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF THESE SIGNS AFTER THE EVENT OR ACTIVITY.
