The Finance Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 14, 2016, at 6:00 P.M, in the Aldermanic Chambers, 165 Church St., New Haven, to act upon the following items:
1. To hear PUBLIC TESTIMONY concerning the Mayor’s Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year 2016 – 2017.
2. ORDER TO READ AND FILE THE UPDATED BUDGETARY AND FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2016 IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CHARTER.
3. AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTIONS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED AS FOLLOWS BY AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHIMENT OF THE DIVISION OF SOCIAL SERVICES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY SERVICES ADMINISTRATION BY CHANGING POSITION NO. 160 DATA CONTROL CLERK II PT AND POSITION NO. 170 ACCOUNT CLERK I PT TO FULL TIME POSITIONS AND BY THE CREATION OF A NEW FULL TIME POSITION OF PROJECT MANAGER.
4. Workshop: To receive a briefing from Management & Budget on the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2016 – 2017, starting July 1, 2016.
