ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AMENDING ARTICLE II. ‑ NOISE CONTROL ORDINANCE TO REQUIRE THE OWNER OR OPERATOR OF ANY REFUSE COLLECTION MOBILE NOISE SOURCE TO PROVIDE ANY GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) DATA IN HIS/HER POSSESSION THAT IS RELEVANT TOCREDIBLE ALLEGATION OFVIOLATION OF ARTICLE XVI, SECTION 17‑129(C) UPON REQUEST BY THE CITY’S CHIEF OF POLICE OR DESIGNEE.
