CITY NOTICE
In accordance with Article IV section 3 (a) and Article V section 1(d) of the City Charter, 2013 Revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinances reference to the ANNUAL BUDGET for the City of New Haven for fiscal year, July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015:
1. APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #1 CITY OF NEW HAVEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2014 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2015
2. TAX LEVY AND REVENUE APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #2 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014 – 2015
3. APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #3, AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, FISCAL YEAR 2015
4. APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #4 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, FISCAL YEAR 2015 TO FINANCE JUDGMENTS PAID FROM THE CITY’S SELF INSURANCE FUND
5. APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #5 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX ANTICIPATION NOTES AND/OR GENERAL OBLIGATION GRANT ANTICIPATION NOTES, FISCAL YEAR 2015
6. APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #6 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ADDITION AND/OR CHANGES IN THE CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 17 – 20, REQUARDING PERMIT LICENSE AND USER FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014 – 2015
Said ordinances are on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 202, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, and 200 Orange St., where they may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereof is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned, ordinances were enacted by the Board of Aldermen on
May 27, 2014 by a vote of:
1/ 25 AYES 2 NOS
2/ 25 AYES 2 NOS
3/ 27 AYES 1 NOS
4 – 6/ 27 AYES 0 NOS
Above ordinances were approved by the Mayor on June 12, 2014, with the exception of
#5 which was approved by the Mayor on June 19, 2014.
Said ordinance amendment will become operative and in effect on July 1, 2014
