A certified list of Democratic party-endorsed candidates for the City of New Haven for election as U.S. State Senate, Democratic National Committee, Presidential Electors, U.S. State Congress District 3, State House District 94, District 96, District 116, Democratic Registrar of Voters, State House District 92, District 93, District 95, District 97, State Senate District 10, District 11, and Justice of the Peace will be on file with the Office of the Secretary of the State, 30 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut, and copies thereof will be available for public distribution.
A Primary will be held August 9, 2016 if the required primary petition(s) for opposition candidate(s) is filed, pursuant to Sections 9 – 382 to 9 – 450 of the Connecticut General Statutes, not later than 4:00 p.m. on June 7, 2016. Petition forms, instructions and information concerning the procedure for filing of opposing candidacies, including schedules, may be obtained from:
