In accordance with Sections 36 and 41 of the City Charter, 1993 Revised, notice
Is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinances:


1.ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE # 1 APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OFSECOND ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR IN THE OFFICE OF BUILDING INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AMENDMENT TO THE END OF THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR 2014.

2.ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE # 1 AUTHORIZING BUDGET TRANSFER #133 – 14‑2 TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,000 TO ASSESSORS OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR LEGAL SERVICES RELATED TO TAX APPEALS

3.ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE # 1 AUTHORIZING BUDGET TRANSFER #137 – 14‑4 TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 30,000 TO FINANCE — ADMINISTRATION OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES FOR LOBBYING SERVICES CONTRACT

4.ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AMENDING FIRST AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AMENDING 321, 339 EASTERN STREET, BELLA VISTA PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

5.ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF APPROXIMATELY 16.2 ACRES OF LAND BOUNDED BY TYLER STREET, NORTH FRONTAGE ROAD/MLK BOULEVARD, LEGION AVENUE AND DWIGHT STREET (PARCELS ALONG ROUTE 34 WEST CORRIDOR. ADDRESSES FOR THESE PROPERTIES ARE: 32 PARMALEE AVENUE (± 4.8 ACRES), 467 LEGION AVENUE (± 5.71 ACRES), 0 DAY STREET (± 0.09 ACRES) & 243 LEGION AVENUE (± 5.6 ACRES). 6.ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT AND ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT (GRID #2) TO DESIGNATE LAND CONSISTING OF 60 BROOKSIDE AVENUE, A PORTION OF 200 BROOKSIDE AVENUE (3.33 ACRES AS SHOWN ON FIGURE Z‑2 OF THE PETITION/APPLICATION (TAB 8)) ANDPORTION OF 49 BROOKSIDE AVENUE (0.42 ACRES AS SHOWN ON FIGURE Z‑2) AS THE RIBICOFF COTTAGES PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT


Said ordinances are on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where they may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.

The aforementioned ordinances were enacted by the Board of Aldermen on the 7th day of April 2014 by the following votes:

2 – 6. 25 ayes 0 nos


Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on April 17, 2014.
