ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE # 1 AUTHORIZING BUDGET TRANSFER #131·18·3 TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM VARIOUS LINE ITEMS TO COVER PROJECTED SHORTFALLS IN POLICE, PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS, FIRE, PARKS, WORKERS COMPENSATION, AND YOUTH SERVICES.
