Finance Other: Central Utilities & Maintenance; Vacancy Savings; Salary Reserve; Various Organizations (Pension & Health Task Force, Peace Commission, Democracy Fund, Probate Court; Patriotic Celebrations); Non Public Transportation; Debt Service; Master Lease; Pensions; Self Insurance; Employee Benefits.
