ORDINANCE RE: ZONING MAP AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE ZONING DESIGNATION OF PROPERTIES LOCATED ON MUNSON STREET AND SHELTON AVENUE FROM HEAVY INDUSTRY (IH) TO MIDDLE HIGH DENSITY RESIDENCE (RM2) AND GENERAL HIGH DENSITY (RH2).
