Notice of Decision
In accordance with Sections 36 and 41 of the City Charter, 1993 Revised, notice
Is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
1. AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN
SETTING CONSISTENT STANDARDS FOR ASSESSING THE RELEVANCE OF
PRIOR CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS FOR CITY-ISSUED LICENSES AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICIZING ORDINANCES CONTAINING COLLATERAL CONSEQUENCES
FOR PEOPLE WITH CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS
2 .ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT CHANGING THE USE
CLASSIFICATION OF THE AREA COMPRISED OF THAT PROPERTY KNOWN
AS 115 PEAT MEADOW ROAD (MBL # 072/0982/00300 FROM BA (GENERAL
BUSINESS) TO BB (AUTOMOTIVE SALES)
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of
Records, 200 Orange St., where it may be inspected or copies applied for and reference
thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinances, were enacted by the Board of Aldermen on the 2nd day of
April, 2012 by a vote of 26 ayes and 0 nos.
Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on April 12, 2012.
