In accordance with Sections 36 and 41 of the City Charter, 1993 Revised, notice
Is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinances:
1. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO SECTIONS 29: PARKING, 45: REGULATIONS FOR PARKING, LOADING, AUTOMOTIVE AND DRIVE-IN ESTABLISHMENTS, 55: COASTAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, 58: SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL, AND 64: CITY PLAN COMMISSION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND DEVELOPMENTAL PRACTICES
2. AMENDMENT TO THE NEW HAVEN CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES REGARDING PRORATING OF RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMITS.
Said ordinances are on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where it may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned, ordinance were enacted by the Board of Aldermen on September 19, 2011 by a vote of:
1. 26 ayes 0 nos
2. 26 ayes 0 nos
Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on October 5, 2011.
