In accordance with Sections 36 and 41 of the City Charter, 1993 Revised, notice
Is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT FROM ALDERPERSONS PEREZ, JAMES, PAOLILLO,
WALKER AND ROBINSON-THORPE PROVIDING FOR A PROCESS FOR
THE SELECTION OF LEGAL SERVICES, PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS, AND
CONSULTANTS BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN AND REQUIRING CREATION
ANNUALLY OF A LIST OF ATTORNEYS FOR OUTSIDE COUNSEL.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of
Records, 200 Orange St., where it may be inspected or copies applied for and reference
thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance, was enacted by the Board of Aldermen on the 16th day of
April, 2012 by a vote of 25 ayes and 0 nos.
Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on April 27, 2012.
