Aldermanic Notice

The Public Safety Committee of the New Haven Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17 in the Aldermanic Chamber of City Hall, 165 Church St., re:

* From the Chief Administrative Officer, a resolution authorizing application to and acceptance of $125,000 from the Department of Homeland Security, 2013 Port Security Grant Program, for a 2‑year maintenance contract for video camera systems/equipment.

* From the Chief of Police submitting a resolution authorizing the application to and acceptance of $12,275 from the Ben Roethlisberger Foundation for food, supplies, and equipment for the Police Department’s K‑9 Unit.
