Carrie Oliver, 91, of New Haven, passed away Jan. 15, 2019.
She was born in Muncie, Ind. to the late Leo and Clara Barlow Mayes on May 30, 1927.
Carrie worked as a cafeteria employee with New Haven Board of Education. She leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Joseph H. Oliver, Jr., and Rodney E. Oliver; daughter, Carolyn Oliver-Mayfield; brothers, Richard McIntosh and John R. McIntosh; sister, Bonnie Anthony; and a host of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Pastor Joseph H. Oliver.
A celebration of her life was held Saturday, Jan. 26 at Ebenezer Chapel, 56 Dwight St, New Haven, CT 06511. Interment was at Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven. Services by Howard K.
