Ida Lee Riggins, 94, of Bennettsville, SC, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019. She was born in Bennettsville, S.C., to John and Molly Jackson on September 17, 1924. She worked as a Home Health Aide in the healthcare field for over 20 years in New York.
Ida leaves to cherish her memory, sons, James (Diane) Bilal and Edward (Delores) Riggins; grandchildren, Rosyln Riggins, Marion Riggins, Valerie Riggins, Farrell Riggins, Dawnitha Riggins, Thalia Riggins, Shawn (Gail) Riggins, Qutais (Husband), Thais (Husband), Nurdine Washington (Husband) and Adalia Bilal; great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Henry Riggins; daughter, Rosalyn Riggins; brothers, Percel Bridges, John Jackson, Ulysses Jackson, and Baby Phillip Bridges; sisters, Alice Thomas, Mary Covington, and Daisy Cohen; grandson, Reggie; granddaughters, Yolanda Riggins and Trinity Washington.
