Leo G. Clarke, Jr. 97, of New Haven, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017. He was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Leo G. and Irma G. Williams Clarke, Sr. on August 15, 1919. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired as a co-owner of Clarke House and Window Cleaning in New Haven, a business started by his father in 1918. Mr. Clarke was truly a Man of God and loved teaching his word.
