Surprise! Despite the biggest snowstorm of the year (of the last 100 years or more, in some parts of the region), the garbage crews arrived right on time in Westville this morning. The streets were plowed. Even re-clearing the plowed ice-chunks at the end of the driveway was a breeze (with the help of neighbor Cory’s snow-blower).
