“Pardee Rose Garden and Greenhouse located at Park Drive had an open tour this Saturday. The Rose Garden contains many flowers from spring till mid-fall. It has one of Connecticut’s finest display of roses. It is one of New Haven’s hidden gems. They are presently rebuilding their greenhouse, which is where the flowers at schools, in planters and throughout the city are grown. They are also building a classroom area for the students who help grow the plants.”
