Weeks before they raided Fair Haven to round up undoc- umented workers, the feds were working hard to stop New Haven from issuing immigrant-friendly ID cards.
(Updated: Friday 8:35 a.m.) The police said they were stopping a riot. The young men and their parents said the cops attacked them and sent one to the hospital.
