Board of Alders Notice — New Haven

The Education Committee of the Board of Alders will meet on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., via video conference at https://bit.ly/3zfcJ6S and by phone at (646) 558‑8656 Webinar ID: 923 4035 6768, to hear and act on the following items (for required password contact publictestimony@newhavenct.gov):
‑ A workshop regarding summer and fall community programming for New Haven students.

Since this meeting will be held using solely electronic equipment, participation by a quorum of members at the same physical location is prohibited unless that location is made open to the public.

Any member of the public may request, in writing, a physical location and ​“any electronic equipment necessary” to attend the meeting in real time no later than twenty‑four (24) hours prior to the meeting. Said person shall have the ​“same opportunities to provide comment or otherwise participate” in the meeting as would be afforded if the meeting were held in person with the following exception: under law, the commission is not required to adjourn or postpone the meeting if any person loses the ability to participate because of an interruption, failure, or degradation of any person’s connection to the meeting by electronic equipment.
