A documentary offering an in-depth look at how Connecticut is moving more people out of prisons and keeping them out could get a second life as a training tool particularly for educators and parole officers.

It could also become a tool for advocacy for more resources for rehabilitation.

November 7, 2017 Special and Municipal Election
The Electors of the City of New Haven are hereby warned to meet at their respective polling places in said City on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, for the following purpose:
To cast their votes for Judge of Probate To Fill Vacancy for the New Haven Probate District, Mayor, City Clerk, Board of Alders, and Board of Education District 1.
Notice is hereby given that the location of the polling places is as follows:

Absentee Ballots will be counted at the following central location: Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, Ground Floor, 200 Orange St., New Haven, CT.
Voting machines will be used. The polls will open at six o’clock in the morning (6:00 a.m.)and will remain open until eight o’clock in the evening (8:00 p.m.). Dated at New Haven, Connecticut, this 1st day of November, 2017.
