Said ordinances are on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where they may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinances were enacted by the Board of Alders on August 5, 2019 by a vote of 27 yeas, 0 nays and approved by the Mayor.
Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on September 6, 2019.

Notice: Extended Hours For Absentee Voting In 2019 Primary
The City Clerk’s office, located at 200 Orange St., Rm 202, New Haven CT 06510 will be open an extended hour (until 6:00 p.m.) Tuesday, September 3rd through Friday, September 6th in addition to Saturday, September 7th, from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. for electors to cast an absentee ballot.
Board Of Assessment Appeals: Motor Vehicle Hearing
The New Haven Board of Assessment Appeals will hold hearings for Motor Vehicles, Saturday, September 7, from 9 – 11:30 am, at the Assessor’s Office in City Hall, 165 Church Street, and Monday evening, September 9, from 5 – 8 pm. Applications are available at the hearings and can be filled out at that time. If there is an issue with a vehicle and the subject of the hearing, please bring the vehicle. Applications not received by 5 PM, February 20, 2019, will not be accepted.
