Applications for the New Haven Board of Assessment Appeals are available on line at nhbaa@newhavenct.gov , the Assessor’s Office, 165 Church St., and the Town Clerk’s Office, 200 Orange St. All applications must be received no later than close of business on February 17, 2017, at the Assessor’s Office or emailed to nhbaa@newhavenct.gov . Applications not received by February 17, 2017, will not be accepted.
