Hillary Rodham Clinton is returning to her old New Haven stomping grounds to pick up cash for her presidential campaign.
The Democratic candidate, a Yale Law School alumna who graduated in 1973, has a fundraiser scheduled Friday afternoon at the East Rock home of Yale Law professors Judith Resnik and Dennis Curtis.
“Please join us for a conversation with Hillary Rodham Clinton in support of Hillary For America,” read an invitation to potential donors.
The event cost $2,700 for “attendees,” according to the invitation. Supporters who raise $27,000 will qualify as “event co-hosts,” and those who raise $50,000, “event hosts.”
The co-hosts and hosts are invited to a special private reception with Clinton.
The main event is scheduled to run from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Former law school Dean — and former Clinton State Department aide Harold Koh — is an organizer of the event.
