Ice-Covered Tree Takes A Nose Dive

Rock Street in CedarHill is closed to traffic due to an ice ‑covered tree that fell from Snake Rock (part of East Rock Park) until the tree is removed. It is being held up right now by the power lines. Police said they are waiting for the parks department and UI to come.
