The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids for DISPOSITION OF 620 GRAND AVENUE. Sealed bids will be received until June 30, 2010 @ 3:00 PM and the bid opening will be on June 30, 2010 at 3:15PM, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference will be held at 620 Grand Avenue on June 21, 2010 @ 11:00 AM. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. HANH reserves the right to award to one or more bidders. HANH must receive one (1) clearly marked original and three (3) copies of the bid submittal. A complete copy of the requirement may be obtained from HANH’s Purchasing Department at 360 Orange Street beginning on June 14, 2010.
