The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids Waverly Townhouse (4 – 30) and Valley Townhouse (4 – 29) Boiler and Water Heater Upgrades. Sealed bids will be received until August 25, 2010 @ 3:00 PM. A pre-bid conference will be held at the corner of Waverly Street & Gilbert Avenue, New Haven, CT 06519 on August 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Although attendance is not mandatory, bidding the project without attending walkthrough is not in the best interest of HANH.
