Mark Pappacoda
A shooting on Ferry Street left a 61-year-old man dead.
The homicide occurred Tuesday night. Police responded to a call of a shooting at 9:06 p.m. They found Mark Pappacoda shot in the parking lot of GI Package Store. Pappacoda was later pronounced dead.
Police later obtained surveillance video footage. “In the video, it appears as if the suspect is attempting to rob Mr. Pappacoda before shooting him,” reported police spokesperson Officer Scott Shumway.
