Bids due December 3, 2020 at 3:00 P.M.

Bid Documents will be available beginning November 9, 2020 at no cost by downloading from the BuildingConnnected FTP site. Contact Maryann Bigda of Turner Construction Company at 203 – 712-6070 for FTP site access.

The work mainly includes concrete repairs, waterproofing, and drainage repairs.

Bidders must submit with their Bid on forms provided a list of their Intended Subcontractors, including the use of Minority Business Enterprises and Women Owned Business Enterprises as subcontractors for a goal of at least 25% of the total value of the Bidder’s subcontracts.
