Police asked for the public’s help in locating a missing 11-year-old boy.
The boy, William “CJ” Pagan, “climbed out of his window [Friday] night and has not returned home,” according to a city press release. “‘CJ’ is a Hispanic male, 5’1, 145 pounds. He is possibly wearing skinny blue jeans, an orange long-sleeve T‑shirt with grey stripes on the arms and white sneakers. Anyone with information is asked to call 946‑6316.”
