NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOREGOING REGULATIONS WILL BE ENFORCED BY THE POLICE OF THE CITY OF HAVEN AND ANY PERSONVIOLATING SAID REGULATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE PENALTIES PRESCRIBED BY LAW.
