This Sunday the public is invited to learn the inner workings of the new pipe organ at Christ Church. The Center for the Arts at Christ Church is holding an “Organi Informance” at the church at 84 Broadway (Broadway and Elm street, across from the Yale Bookstore) in downtown New Haven beginning at 4 p.m. From a press release for the event: “CJ Sambach uses pictures, props, and lush musical examples to explain the workings of the organ in detail. He has presented this program throughout the country to great critical acclaim.
