City government’s Halloween party planned for Thursday night has been moved inside Wilbur Cross High School because of the expected rain.
The family-friendly festivities, sponsored by the city’s Youth Services Department, begin in the Cross gym (181 Mitchell Dr.) at 6 p.m. and are scheduled to last until 8 p.m.
