Who’s In The Picture

Hundreds turned out to Gateway Community College Saturday evening not to attend class, but to honor people who are helping to make Gateway a class act.

The occasion was a silent auction, dinner and induction ceremony for seven new inductees into Gateway’s Hall of fame: Matthew Nemerson, president and CEO of the Connecticut Technology Council, Yale President Richard C. Levin; and Gateway alumni Cheryl Granucci, director of Diagnostic Radiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Yale Police Chief Ronnell A. Higgins, JM Equipment Services owner Judith Mut, Joseph D. Thomas, UI’s vice president of client fulfillment and electric systems operations, and state Rep. David Yaccarino.

Yale’s Michael Morand picked up Levin’s award for him.
