SAID MULTI‑YEAR LEASE SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED FIFTEEN (15) YEARS AT A FIXED RENT OF $1.00 PER YEAR. THE LEASE SHALL BE IN THE STANDARD FORM UTILIZED BY THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT.
