In accordance with Article IV section (3) and Article V section 1(d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinances:
1. ZOING ORDINANCE APPROVING ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE BD‑3 ZONE TEXT
2. ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT APPROVING A CHANGE IN THE DESIGNATION OF 11.6 ACRES OF LAND (DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY IN REVISED ATTACHMENTS B, D,& E) LOCATED IN THE HILL TO DOWNTOWN COMMUNITY PLAN AREA FROM GENERAL BUSINESS BA DISTRICT TO – CENTRAL BUSINESS MIXED-USE BD‑3 DISTRICT
3. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #1 AUTHORIZING BUDGET TRANSFER #304 – 16‑1 TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM YOUTH SERVICES SEQUESTRATION ACCOUNT IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000 TO THE YOUTH SERVICES OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES ACCOUNT
4. ORDINANCE RE: ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT OF ARTICLE V, SECTION 42.0 (USE TABLE), SECTION 43.0 (BULK AND YARD REGULATIONS FOR BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS) AND SECTION 45.0 (REGULATIONS FOR PARKING, LOADING AND AUTOMOTIVE AND DRIVE-IN ESTABLISHMENTS)
5. ORDINANCE RE: ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT FOR ARTICLE V, SECTION 42 USE TABLE, SUCH THAT THE USE FOR DRIVING SCHOOL IN A CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (BD) SHALL BE CHANGED FROM NOT PERMITTED (X) TO PERMITTED AS-OF-RIGHT (R) FOR CLASSROOM ONLY AND PERMITTED BY SPECIAL PERMIT (SP) FOR FULL COURSE
Said ordinances are on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 202, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, where they may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinances were approved and adopted by the Board of Alders on August 1, 2016.
And approved by the Mayor August 19,2016.
Said Ordinances will become operative and in effect on August 25, 2016.
